Multiple Ways To Pay Your Window Cleaning Bill
At Kraken Window Cleaning, we’ve made your window cleaning payment simple, secure, and convenient – no account required.
We want to offer our clients the convenience of a number of flexible methods to pay for their window cleaning or any other services we have provided.
Simply choose your preferred method of payment from the options below. Further information and/or instructions will be provided within each option once it has been selected.

Credit / Debit Card
Online Payments including Apple Pay / Google Pay can be made quickly and simply via our Online Payment Form below.
We are currently assigning regular clients with customer numbers to make tracking of payments more straight forward. If you have a customer number, please ensure it is entered.
Enter your Name, Address, E-Mail Address and Telephone No (required for your receipt and to assign payment to your account) followed by the amount you wish to pay.
Finally, enter your credit/debit card number, expiry date, CVV digit and the cardholders name and then simply Click on the ‘Pay With Credit/Debit Card’.
Your payment will be processed and a Transaction ID will be displayed when your transaction has completed.
Please keep this safe for your records. We will also e-mail you a receipt to the e-mail address you have supplied as proof of your payment.

Direct Debit
Never worry about your bill getting too high or forgetting to make a payment. We can do the hard work for you so you can sit back and enjoy the benefits our service provides by setting up your regular payments by direct debit using our quick and convenient direct debit payment service provided by GoCardless, the world’s leading bank payment network for recurring payments.
Setting up your regular payments via GoCardless couldn’t be simpler. To get started, simply click on the ‘Setup My Payments’ button below. You will then be taken to an online form which takes two minutes to complete. Upon completion, you can relax knowing your regular payments are set up.
An electronic payment service saves us time and money by avoiding the need to visit clients to make collections or chase payments. This allows us to keep our pricing competitive.
Your windows will continue to be cleaned on a regular basis and we will leave a card to let you know we have been, the same as we have always done. The only difference is that this time we will debit your account with the prior agreed regular monthly amount.
Once the payment has been processed from our end, you will be sent an email with the date the money is to be debited from your account, it really is as simple as that. We will continue to do this after every regular clean so you will never have to worry about putting the money aside for us again.

Bank Transfer
It couldn’t be easier to transfer your payment to us using your online banking.
Please ensure when making a bank transfer that your use your house number/name and postcode as a reference. This allows us to ensure we correctly allocate the payment to your account.
If you fail to provide a reference, you may continue to receive reminders for payment.

Please ensure you include your name and address along with your cheque as otherwise your cheque may be cashed by your payment may not be allocated to your account.

On-Premise
Credit / Debit Card
Customers can make payment via credit or debit card onsite immediately after we have competed their window cleaning.
Each Kraken Window Cleaning staff member can take card payments using the mobile devices they carry with them (Subject to cellular 3G/4G connectivity). The required amount is entered into our payment providers application, this is shown to the customer and then using NFC (Near Field Communications), customers simply tap their card to complete the payment.
Payment is then automatically processed and customers have a choice of no receipt or a receipt sent via e-mail or SMS.
Cash
Customers can make payment by Cash onsite immediately after we have competed their window cleaning or any other cleaning service we have undertaken on the day of our visit.
Our staff member will issue a receipt card directly to you on receipt of your cash payment. All staff are DBS-checked and carry ID at all times for your reassurance.
